ElitePerks is a unique program specially geared toward those professionals who handle local travel arrangements for
their business and organizations. Holiday Inn Olathe understands the demands on
these professionals and their companies and established the ElitePerks to make travel planning easier and rewarding.
At ElitePerks reservations are easier and
personalized. Club members can make
reservations for their travelers either by calling our direct ElitePerks line at or online reservations at our ElitePerks
website at www.hiolathe.com/eliteperks.
ElitePerks was created for companies that have travel requirements of 50 room
nights a year or more. Each account has a special room rate plan that will be negotiated
each year based upon previous and anticipated usage. This not only applies to direct
employees but vendors or customers that you refer to us.
Rewards.
As a member of ElitePerks, you can choose from the following reward options:
Individual Rewards
If you are a member of the award winning Priority ClubŪ Rewards or the Priority
ClubŪ Meeting Rewards program from (IHG)InterContinental Hotels Group, you will
receive 250 points for every
reservation booked. Or you can receive a $5 cash reward for every reservation booked.
Company Rewards
If you wish to earn rewards for your entire company, ElitePerks points can be earned or redeemed for Gift Cards at local merchants that can be given to employees as incentives, or redeemed for room nights, food and beverage or catering incentives for your company. Points are awarded for every dollar booked.
Recognition.
As a member of ElitePerks you will receive recognition as a travel planner.
You will have a dedicated account manager you can rely on to assist you with your
hotel needs. Plus get first-look notifications of packages, specials and discounts
at our hotel and at our partner hotels.
